6. Your Rights and Choices
Access and Update
You can access and update your personal information through the app settings at any time.
Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. To delete your account:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Select "Privacy Settings"
- Choose "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except as required by law.
Data Portability
You can export your data at any time:
- Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
- Select "Export My Data"
- Choose format (JSON or CSV)

Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or updating your preferences in app settings. Note: You cannot opt out of service-related communications.

SnapQuota is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
