Delete Your SnapQuota Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your SnapQuota account:
Step 1: Open SnapQuota App
Launch the SnapQuota app on your iOS or Android device
Step 2: Go to Settings
Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the app navigation
Step 3: Access Privacy Settings
Scroll down and tap on "Privacy Settings"
Step 4: Delete Account
Tap "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps. You'll need to enter your password to confirm.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and authentication data
- All hosted events and event settings
- All uploaded photos and media files
- Email preferences and notification settings
- Any stored payment or billing information
- Account activity logs and analytics data
Data Retention
Once you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. We do not retain any personal information after account deletion, except as required by law for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
Important: If you change your mind within 30 days of requesting deletion, contact us immediately at snapquota@gmail.com to see if we can restore your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
Before You Delete
Before deleting your account, consider:
- Downloading your photos and event data for your records
- Canceling any active subscriptions or purchases
- Informing event participants if you're hosting active events
- Exporting any important information you want to keep
Alternative Options
If you're concerned about privacy but don't want to delete your account entirely, you can:
- Delete individual events instead of your entire account
- Adjust your privacy settings in the app
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails
- Temporarily deactivate notifications
